This combination of medicine is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Dizziness or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Swelling hands/ankles/feet or flushing may also occur. Tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly if any of these effects persist or worsen.

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.
