This medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

It can cause Dizziness, lightheadedness, tiredness, or headache may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Dry cough may also occur.

It is contraindicated in ACE-inhibitor induced angioedema, Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors) hypersensitivity, Black patients, hereditary angioedema, history of angioedema
