Dizziness, tiredness, or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Runny nose or sore throat may also occur. Tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly if any of these effects persists or worsens.

Patients with high amount of potassium in the blood, renal artery stenosis, abnormally low blood pressure, liver problems.
